Shift © · Putting AI to work in your business

Put AI to work in your food and drink business.

Most people know they need to do something with AI but don't know where to start. So we have The Expedition, a programme that takes you from dabbling with AI to putting it to work properly. The next group starts in October.

Why most AI stalls
88% Use AI at work

88% of people now use AI at work, but only 5% use it in a way that actually changes how they work.

Up to 40% of the possible productivity gains are left on the table through weak training and integration. The method is what Shift installs.

Everyone has the tools. Almost nobody has the method.

Who you'd be working with

To make AI work, you need someone who understands both the industry and the tech.

Most people offering AI advice have learned the tools but have never worked in food and drink. I've done both, so I know how to apply AI to real roles and teach people properly.

Industry experience

Sixteen years in food and drink, at brands like innocent and Pieminister, consulting for startups through to multinationals, and founding and scaling Cheesies. I know how the industry actually works, and where the tech should be applied.

+
Tech knowledge

I built The NAM.B.A, my training programme for junior account managers, with AI inside my own business. That is where the expertise came from. I work across Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT so I can fit whatever you already run on.

The bridge is translation. I've done the job and I deeply understand the tech, so I know how to apply AI to people's roles and teach them properly.

The solution

Three ways to put AI to work.

Most start with one team and grow into AI across the whole business.

01 · Learn

You and your team, ready to work with AI.

Programmes and coaching that turn you and your team into confident AI users: The Expedition, bespoke team training, and The NAM.B.A.

Providing them with the foundations to get the best out of AI.

02 · Build

Your company playbook, coded into AI.

We audit how your team currently works, see where processes can be optimised, and then automate them with AI. Poor processes get poor outputs, so improving the way you work is key.

In practice
03 · Run

Your system, continuously improved.

A managed service that runs in the background and improves the system alongside your team.

Regular audits of AI agents, and ongoing optimisation of outputs.

THE EXPEDITION · NEXT GROUP OCTOBER

Your business won't go AI-first until you do.

The Expedition is six weeks of one-to-one coaching built entirely around your work. You get up to speed fast on the tasks that actually eat your week, then you become the person who leads the change across the whole business.

What changes

By the end of it.

AI is only worth your money if it shows up in sales, margin or time you use to drive them. That's the filter for everything we build.
